At The Nestled Coop, our products are thoughtfully designed, carefully built, and delivered with precision. Because of the nature of our coops and how they are manufactured and shipped, return eligibility varies by product type. Please review the information below carefully before placing an order.


Amish-Built Chicken Coops (Hen House Collection)

All Amish-built chicken coops sold by The Nestled Coop are custom built to order and delivered as fully assembled structures. Due to their custom nature, all Amish-built chicken coop sales are final.

Amish-built coops are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. These coops are handcrafted specifically for each customer and cannot be resold or restocked.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, delivery requirements, and placement considerations carefully and to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.


Smart Coop Return Policy

The Smart Coop is eligible for returns under limited conditions.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required before any return is accepted, and approved returns must use the provided return shipping label.

Unopened or verified faulty Smart Coop units may be returned for a refund. If the Smart Coop has been opened, assembled, or is determined not to be faulty upon inspection, a 50 percent restocking fee will apply.

This policy allows us to continue offering competitive pricing and free shipping while maintaining fairness across all orders.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Smart Coop arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can assist. Documentation such as photos may be required to evaluate the issue and determine eligibility for replacement or return.

Amish-built chicken coops are covered separately under the applicable manufacturer warranty for workmanship and materials, as outlined on our Warranty page.


How to Request a Return

To request a return for an eligible Smart Coop order, please contact our customer support team before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
