  • Availability: Certain products or breeds may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or breeds may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Live Animal Handling: If your order includes live poultry, specific shipping windows apply based on weather conditions to ensure the safety of the animals. Nestled Coop reserves the right to delay shipment if temperatures are deemed unsafe.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Nestled Coop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
